If you have already set up your LatamDate account, you may sign in with the login email/member id and your password (as confirmed during your registration).

1. Your “login email/member id ”
Please be sure to enter your email address (or ID number) in lower cases and in the complete form.

2. Your “login password”
Please note that your password is most case sensitive, so you are supposed to key in exactly as it is.

3. Can you send me my password if I forgot it?
We are pleased to help you with this. You may enter your email address in the form below, and then click Submit, a password retrieval email will be sent to you immediately. Please check your email and follow the instructions to retrieve your login password. If you haven't received it in 24 hours, please contact us.

4. What can I do if I forgot my member ID & other login details?
You can recover your login details by confirming the system your private information. Please provide your name and birthday as submitted during registration, including your present email, we will send through your sign-in information after verification.

5. I have registered but can't get back into the site, what should I do?
To gain access to the site, you need to enter the right email address or member ID and password (which you provided us during registration) in the Login section. Failure to sign in can be caused by misspelling email address or entering wrong password. Please make sure that your password is case sensitive. Check and see if you turn on the "Caps Lock" or "A" on your keyboard or not, try again and enter the correct one.

6. I tried everything but still can't sign in? Why?
If you tried every possible way to retrieve back your password and login email but fail to sign in, you may need to adjust certain settings of your Internet browsers or programs.

It is possible that you need to clear cookies and cache and disable pop-up blocker for your Internet browser. Check and make sure that your browser accepts cookies. If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, you may follow the below instructions:

1). Click 'Tool" bar on the top of your browser, choose "Internet Options". Then, select "Privacy", choose "Advanced". On the new message window, select 'Accept cookies", then click OK.

2). Click "General", in "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files". When these finish, click on the "OK" button. If it still doesn't work, go to the 'Tool' bar on top on your browser, choose "Internet Options" and go to 'Privacy' section. You may choose the security level no higher than "Medium".

Then if you are still unable to login, please contact us direct. We will try our best to assist you at soonest.

7. I canceled my membership. Can I re-activate again?

Yes. You can. You can use your old member ID/Login Email and password to reactive your account in our login page even you canceled your membership. Or you can sign in other member site of Qpid Network and reactivate your LatamDate account in Qpid Network sites Settings section at top right corner of the screen.
