All users of Virtual Gifts Service (Hereinafter as "The Service") are required to fully understand, accept and agree to the Policy of this service (Hereinafter as "The Policy"), which is part of the Terms of Use of this site. Violation of The Policy or prohibited acts carried out by any members may, at any time, lead to suspension or termination of use of The Service, and may lead to the removal of their profiles from the site. We also reserve the right to take any actions which we consider reasonable or necessary, without prior notice, against violators of The Policy. By using Virtual Gifts Service, you agree that:

You fully understand how The Service works and accept that it is used to send computer generated animations/images as gifts to your favorite members only. Virtual Gifts is a paid service provided by the service providers, you must pay with Qpid Credits and must accept the price of each item you are going to send and you pay only you use The Service so no refund requests will be accepted.

The service provider will inform the member of your Virtual Gift and forward your greetings to their(if any). If the member is interested in your virtual gift or is interested in your profile, the member will send a reply via our EMF-Mail Service. Meanwhile, the member can also send a Virtual Gift to you via EMF mail. It is free for you to receive a Virtual Gift from member via EMF Mail.

You agree to be honest and serious in sending out Virtual Gifts. If The Service is abused, or the Virtual Gift is not sent out of genuine interest in the member, we reserve the right to take necessary action regarding your profile and privileges.

Risks and Disclaimer:

The member is required to be honest in replying to the Virtual Gift. However, if she changes their mind and decides that you are not the person she is looking for after receiving further EMF mail(s) from you, or learning more about you, you agree and accept that you will not request a refund of any kind, including Qpid Credits or for costs spent in association with your EMF mail(s).

The member may write different things in their reply to attract your attention. Our site requires that the member to provide true and valid information in the reply. However, we cannot verify and guarantee that the information provided is 100% accurate. Therefore, we suggest that you evaluate the content independently and use common sense when using the Service.
