 1. What is Gifts & Flowers? How do I order gifts?
 
Our Gifts and Flowers service provides you with a rich selection of items. You may choose flowers, fashion accessories, gourmet foods, or cuddly toys to celebrate precious and important occasions. By using Gifts and Flowers service, you will without a doubt create an unexpected and delightful surprise! To learn more about this service and order a surprise of gift, go to Gifts and Flowers.
 
 
 2. How do I know that my gift or flowers have been delivered and received?
 
You can check the status of your order under Gifts & Flowers > Delivery Tracking > Delivery Status. Since the Delivery Status is updated manually, you are also advised to confirm if the item(s)  had been received during your communication via EMF Mail, Live Chat or Call Services.
 
 
 3. I want to choose the delivery date. How do I do this?
 
If you would like your gift or flowers to be delivered on a particular date, please order at least 7 days in advance and specify the date in the "Additional Instructions" section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate specific date deliveries, but cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date.
 
 
 4. I made a mistake with my order! What should I do?
 
Duplicate orders are usually spotted immediately and you would be notified of this promptly. If you sent an item to the wrong person, wish to amend your order (for example, the number of flowers you wish to send) or have any other issues with your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We should be able to amend your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
 
 
 
 5. If there's no "Send Gifts" button on a member's profile, can I still send the gift?
 
No. If a member does not have a "Send Gift" button on the profile, it may be because this member lives in a remote area and no gift delivery service can reach that area, or because this member prefer not to receive gifts. In this case, you cannot send these members gifts through our Gifts and Flowers service.
 
 
 
 6. Can I send gifts to multiple members with one order?
 
You must place separate orders for sending gifts to different members.
