 1. What is Cupid Date and how do I arrange one with the other members?
 
Cupid Date is a service that makes it possible for members to meet face-to-face offline, through which they can acquire a better mutual understanding. To ensure member interest, there are some basic requirements for members to fulfill before submit a request. For you are eligible and would like to date a member, click here to submit the required details. Then, wait for the member's confirmation of your request.		 
 
 2. How much does Cupid Date cost?
 
Each Cupid Date costs USD 139.00 and includes scheduling the date with the member on your behalf for 1.5 hours.		 
 
 3. How do I pay for Cupid Date service if I do not have a credit card?
 
You may contact our Customer Care regarding this issue for detailed instructions.		 
 
 4. How can I change my scheduled meeting time?
 
If there are special circumstances in which you need to change the meeting time after your Cupid Date has been confirmed, you may contact  the member by phone or EMF mail to discuss the required changes.

There is no need to edit the scheduled time written on your Cupid Date order. Changes to your meeting time agreed upon by both parties via phone or EMF Mail are valid.

 
 
 5. I scheduled a Cupid Date but did not meet the member. Can I get a refund?
 
Please check our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a refund. If your case meets the refund criteria, we recommend being refunded in Qpid credits (25 credits) to avoid applicable bank fees for refund. If you require further assistance, please contact Customer Care.
