EMF is a great way for members to get to know each other effectively. Via this service members can freely express feelings and increase mutual understanding.

 2. How do I know the mail status?

To check the status of your sent mail, sign in to your account and go to Services > EMF Mail > Sent Mail. The statuses are shown as follows:
- U: Your message is waiting to be processed.
- P: Your message has been processed and will be delivered to the member as soon as possible.
- D: Your message has been delivered to the member.
If the process takes longer than normal, you will usually be notified in the "Remarks" field beside the corresponding mail. Please click on "View." Possible reasons for delays are:
i) Shortage of staff on weekends or public holidays.
ii) The receiver cannot be contacted because of personal situation: out of town etc. - or other unexpected circumstances.

 3. Can I ask for a credit refund if I am not satisfied with the reply?

A reply is a response from the receiver, which is totally base on their personal thoughts and feelings. If you are unhappy with, please check our EMF Mail Policy to see if it meets the requirements. We will consider whether your credit will be returned based on this policy.

During the mail communication, situations can occur where there is incomplete understanding, unclear expression or errors in the messages received. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the reply, you can follow the guidelines below:

1) If the receiver has not replied to your questions, or there are misunderstandings, you can talk to the receiver, asking for further explanation and or comments.

2) If you no longer wish to receive mail from a specific member, you can use Block List.

3) If you have received the same mail multiple times, there are errors in the mail content etc, please contact Customer Care. We will follow up and deal with your concerns according to our related policies.

 4. Can I exchange personal contact information via the website?

No. Our first priority is and will always be the protection and wellbeing of our members. For security and safety reasons, members are not permitted to exchange personal contact information via the site's services, including EMF Mail, Chat, Call services, Gifts & Flowers, etc.

 5. My mail did not get sent, why?

1. Did you spend a very long time writing your mail? For security purposes, members are automatically logged out for inactivity after 4 hours.

2. Have you sent a lot of EMF mail within a short period? If this is the case, your account may have been automatically suspended for account safety and to prevent misconduct.

Important note: Compose your message in MS Word first, then copy and paste it to EMF to avoid losing any messages.

 6. Can a member contact me by EMF Mail first?

Sometimes. Normally, you are supposed to initiate the EMF Mail correspondence, but to help you better utilize our service and make connections with the members you are interested in, the other member can send you a first EMF Mail if you have previously chatted with them on Chat, watched their Video Show or requested Access Key for their video. If you receive this kind of mail, it means the member is interested in knowing more about you. You can reply either by EMF mail or Chat for further communication.

This first EMF Mail costs the same as regular EMF mail. If you do not wish to receive this kind of mail, you can change your First EMF settings.

 7. How do I forward the mails to my email?

By clicking the link "Forward it to my email" at the bottom of each mail, the message will be then forwarded to your personal email account (the email you used during registration).

To protect the privacy of our members, we do not support the forwarding services to other email accounts.

 8. Why can't I see any new mail after I have received a new notification?

It is possible that you have read the mail already as the notification may arrive at your mailbox a bit later.
