LatamDate.com works best with tried-and-true versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. For Internet Explorer, please install version 5.5 or above.

Please note that we do not support beta versions of browsers. We recommend switching to another browser for the present time while using LatamDate.

We are sorry that you face technical problems while using our services. We suggest you report the problems to Customer Care and provide us with the following details:

- The URL, which leads to the error message
- The error message
- The date, time and location of access when you next encountered the error
 
 
 3. How do I prevent my browser from automatically inputting my password?
 
To delete a password your browser has saved, follow the below instructions for your browser type:

Internet Explorer 7.0
1) On the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options."
2) Click on "Delete" under the "Browsing History" tab.
3) Click on "Delete Forms" then click on "Yes."
4) Click on "Delete Passwords" then click on "Yes."
5) Click on Close then click on "OK" located at the bottom of the "Internet Options" screen.

Internet Explorer 8.0
1) On the Internet Explorer "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options."
2) Click on "Delete" under the "Browsing History" tab.
3) Check the box for "Form data."
4) Check the box for "Passwords."
5) Click on "Delete," then when the process finishes running, click on "OK" located at the bottom of the "Internet Options" screen.

Mozilla Firefox
1) Click on "Tools" menu then select "Options."
2) Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3) Click on "Settings" on "Private Data."
4) Select "Saved Passwords" then click on "OK."
5) Click on "Clear Now."

To stop Windows from asking to remember your password, follow the below instructions:

Internet Explorer 7.0
1) Open up an Internet Window.
2) Click on the "Tools" menu from the top of your browser.
3) At the bottom of the drop-down window, click on "Internet Options."
4) Click on the "Content" tab.
5) Click on the "Auto-complete" button and the "Auto-complete Settings" screen appears.
6) Uncheck the box that says "User names and passwords on forms."
7) Then, from the same window, click on "Clear Passwords" in the "Clear Auto-complete history section."
8) A new box will appear and will ask "Clear all previously saved form passwords?"
9) In this box, click on "OK."

Internet Explorer 8.0
1) Open up an Internet Window.
2) Click on the "Tools" menu from the top of your browser.
3) At the bottom of the drop-down window, click on "Internet Options."
4) Click on the "Content" tab.
5) Click on the "Settings" button in the section marked "AutoComplete."
6) Uncheck the box that says "User names and passwords on forms."
7) Then, from the same window, click on "Delete AutoComplete history..."
8) A new box will appear. Click on "Delete."
9) Click on "Ok" to save your changes. Then click on "Ok" in the Internet Options box.

Mozilla Firefox
1) Open up an Internet Window.
2) Click on the "Tools" menu from the top of your screen.
3) At the bottom of the drop-down window, click on "Options."
4) Click on the "Privacy" section in the left side of the window.
5) Click on "Saved Passwords."
6) Uncheck the box that says "Remember Passwords."
7) Then, in the same section, click on "Clear."
8) A new box will appear and will ask "Remove all saved passwords?"
9) In this box, click on "Remove All Passwords."
 
 
 
 4. How do I clear cookies and cache and why is this important?
 
Clearing the cookies and cache is a necessary step if you want to clear your browser's memory. The "cache" is the memory your browser uses to store images of the web pages that you visit. That way, when you visit those pages again, images load more quickly.

If you use:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows:
1) From the Tools menu, select "Internet Options."
2) In the Temporary Internet Files panel, click the "Delete Files" button.
3) Click the "Delete Cookies" button and click "OK" when prompted.
4) Click the "Delete Files" button and select "Delete all offline content."
5) Click "OK."
6) In the bottom right-hand corner of the Internet Options page, Click the "Clear History" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.
7) Click "OK," then close your browser.
8) Re-launch your browser and return to the site.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows:
1) From the Tools menu, select "Internet Options."
2) Click "Delete" under "Browsing History"
3) Click the "Delete All" at the bottom, then click "OK."
4) Click "OK." at the bottom of the Internet Options window
5) Re-launch your browser and return to the site.

Mozilla Firefox:
1) Click on the Tools menu, and select "Clear Private Data."
2) The "Clear Private Data" window will open, allowing your to select which private data you want to clear.
3) Be sure that both "Cache" and "Cookies" have check marks next to them.
4) Click on "Clear Private Data Now" to clear the data.
5) Also, make sure that Yahoo! Personals has not been inadvertently added to your Firefox "Exceptions - Images" list. Click Tools > Options > Content. Check "Load images automatically." Next to this option, click the "Exceptions" button. Make sure the site is not one of the sites listed under "Exceptions - Images".

 5. How do I disable my pop-up blocker?
 
It depends on what Internet browser you are using. Below we share some tips about how you can disable pop-up blocker for some commonly used browsers.

Internet Explorer 7.0:
1) On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2) Click on the Privacy tab.
3) Under the Pop-up Blocker heading, uncheck the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" box.
4) Click the "OK" button to close the Internet Options box.

Mozilla Firefox:
1) Open the "Tools" menu and click "Options"
2) Click on the Content tab and uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box
3) Click the "OK" button to close the Options box

Safari:
1) Open the "Safari" menu and click "Preferences."
2) Click on the Security tab.
3) Under the Web Content heading, uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box.
4) Close the Preferences box.

Yahoo Tool Bar:
1) Click to pull up the "Pop-up Blocker" menu.
2) To turn off pop-up blocker, remove the check mark next to "Enable Pop-Up Blocker" by clicking it, until the check disappears.

Google Toolbar:
1) Open the "Settings" menu, then click "Options".
2) Click on the More tab and uncheck the "Enable Popup Blocker" box.
3) Click the "OK" button to close the Options box.

 6. How do I enable cookies?
 
LatamDate.com requires the use of cookies to deliver higher performance and better functionality. By default, most browsers are set up to accept cookies. If you get an error telling you to enable cookies while browsing our site, please follow the instructions below to enable the feature.

For computers:

•  If you use Google Chrome:
1.Paste chrome://settings/content into your address bar, then press Enter.
2.Make sure "Cookies" are set to Allow local data to be set (recommended).
3.That's it. Once this is set, you can browse our site normally.


•  If you use Firefox:
1.Go to Menu > Options. On a Mac, go to Firefox > Preferences.
2.Under the "Privacy" tab, make sure the "Firefox will:" drop-down menu is set to Remember history.
3.Click OK. That's it.


•  If you use Internet Explorer(Windows Only)
1.Click the gear-shaped Settings button in the top right of the window. Click Internet Options.
2.Click the Privacy tab. Check to make sure the slider is set to "medium" or lower.
3.Click Advanced, then make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is unchecked.
4. Click OK, then OK again. That's it.


•  If you use Safari:
1.On a Mac, go to Safari > Preferences.
2.Under the Privacy tab, make sure the "Block cookies" option is set to From third parties and advertisers.
3.That's it.



For Mobile devices:

•  If you use Android web browser:
1.Open the Browser.
2.Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy & security.
Or, go to Menu > More > Settings and find "Privacy settings."
3.Make sure Accept Cookies is checked or switched On.
Once this is set, you can browse our site normally.


•  If you use Chrome for Android:
1.Open Chrome.
2.Go to More menu > Settings > Site settings > Cookies.
You'll find the more menu icon in the top-right corner.
3.Make sure Cookies are turned on. That’s it.


•  If you use Safari for iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch):
1.From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
