 1. How do I refresh my profile?
 
Go to Settings->Refresh Profile or click here to refresh your profile.
 
 
 2. How do I refine my match criteria?
 
Log in to LatamDate.com and go to Match Criteria. Specify your match preferences and click on the save button.
You may change the following preferences:
1) Age range
2) Education level

Once you complete your match preferences, member who match your criteria will be displayed on the My Matches page.

Once you have completed the registration on our site, you have already made the first step in seeking your favorite member. You should then make sure your settings are correct and ready for attracting the members.

 
 
 3. How do I receive or cancel email notifications?
 
To change email notificaton preferences, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account;
2. Go to Email Preferences;
3. You will be directed to a page showing your preferences for email notifications. Click the link corresponding to different types of notifications you want to receive;
4. Make your choices to enable or disable the notices you want.

To prevent mail from being delivered to your junk mail box, we suggest you white-list our email addresses service@latamdate.com and service@latamdate.net.
 
 
 4. How can I hide or unhide my profile?
 
If you choose to hide your profile, it will be invisible to all members, and you will not receive any Admirer Mail. However, you can still contact your favorite members via EMF mail or other services. Click here to change your current profile status.
 
 
 
 5. I have canceled my membership. Can I reactivate it?
 
Yes, you can. You can use your old member ID / login email and password to reactivate your account on our login page even if you have canceled your membership.
 
 
 
 6. How do I stop receiving messages from a specific member?
 
Go to your Block List and add the member's  profile ID, then you will never receive any mail from the member.
 
 
 
 7. How do I remove my profile from your site?
 
To remove your profile from LatamDate.com, firstly go to "Settings" > "Switch Off Profile". Here you can remove your profile by completing a few steps.
 
 
 
 8. I am not receiving email notifications from your site, what should I do?
 
If you're having trouble getting with notification emails from our site, you may:

- Check your Email Preference settings to make sure that you have enabled our email notifications.


- Check your spam or junk email folder if the emails from our site are filtered and dropped into it. If they are in spam or junk folder, set them as NOT SPAM and be sure to add our email domain to your safe senders list. Click for specific instructions.


- If you're still not receiving emails from our site, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure that they aren't blocking email traffic coming from our site.
