About
Call Service is the perfect way to hear your contact’s voice! Use any mobile phone or landline to get connected and talk to them directly! There are two options to choose from: Scheduled Calls and Call Me.
SCHEDULED CALLS:
- Click on "Make Call" on the profile page of the member you wish to call. You will be directed to the Call invitation mail writer page. State clearly the date and time you wish to call.
- If your proposed call and time are accepted, you will receive a confirmation in the "New Requests" tab of your account. Simply accept the confirmation and you will be given a Call ID. 1 credit is charged for each confirmed call request.
- Don't keep your contact waiting – call at the scheduled time! Phone lines open 2 hours before the scheduled call time and, if no call has been made, close 2 hours after.
What does it cost?
- Reservation fee: 1 Credit.
- Airtime charge: 1 Credit per minute.
- Make sure your phone is able to make international calls.
- For Scheduled Calls, please choose a time at least 24 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for processing.
- Make sure to accept the confirmation at least 2 hours before the Scheduled Call Time.
CALL ME:

Call Me allows authorized members to initiate a call to you at a specified time. Please follow the below steps to make an authorization:
- Go to "Add New Authorization" and enter the profile ID of the member you wish to authorize to call you.
- You will be redirected to submit an authorization form with information including:
- Calling period (the member can only call you during this period).
- Days the member can call you (Monday to Sunday).
- Your telephone number. - Once the member confirms, the authorization is complete and valid.
What does it cost?
- Authorizing members to call you: free.
- Airtime charge: 1 Credit per minute.
