 1. Can I obtain the lady’s direct contact information?
 
After you fulfill the basic requirements, you can request members’ personal email address and mobile phone number or postal address according to their decision. Some members may not make all three of these available, in which case you can only request what is available. For security purposes, only members with a good track record as well as the Qpid SEAL can request contact information. In addition, you must have sent at least 10 EMF mails to the member (the first introductory EMF using Bonus point is not included) and viewed at least 10 replies from this member.  2. Can I request just one piece of contact information, but not all of them?
 
No, contact information comes as a package and cannot be requested in separate parts. However, some members may choose to provide a specific contact information rather than others, in which case only the available information will be provided.
 
 
 3. I tried to contact the member by the contact details provided, why receive no reply?
 
We cannot guarantee the member will reply promptly or even at all since it depends on personal willingness. If you choose to communicate outside Qpid Network platform, we are unable to provide further support and assistance.
 
 
 4. I sent a package to the postal address provided, why didn't this member receive it?
 
If the package was not sent through our Gifts & Flowers service, we are unable to track it. Packages and mail sent to the member directly are subject to the conditions of the courier service and or postal service you choose. If your package fails to arrive, you must follow up with the shipping company or local post office to check the status of your shipment.
 
 
 
 5. Any advice on how to use contact information that I purchased?
 
First, do not visit without notice beforehand. Not everyone would like unexpected visits. Second, familiarize yourself with how to place international calls. Some methods such as purchasing an international prepaid calling card can save money. Third, be conscious of the time differences; it's often best to schedule the call ahead of time so you can both prepared. Finally, remember that communicating in private is not your only option. If you are having any difficulty communicating due to language or cultural differences, especially if the member is rather cautious when it comes to offline contact, you should consider using the site services to help set this member's heart at ease.
 
 
 
 6. Can I make multiple requests for the same member’s contact info?
 

If you have requested all three pieces of a member’s contact info at one time, you will need to wait 90 days before you can make another request.

After you obtained one or two pieces of the member’s contact info, the info will be kept in your account for 90 days, during which if this member publishes new piece of contact info, you can request the new info 45 days after your last request.
