Credits are used to enjoy a host of paid services and features, such as EMF Mail, Chat, Call Services, Video Show and more. To buy credits, please click here.

You can use your credit or debit card, including Visa, MasterCard to purchase credits. Credit card numbers and all submitted data are encrypted and are highly secure. On some occasions, your credit card may be declined for payment because of several possible reasons:
• Invalid CCV – the CCV number is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of the card
• Incorrect expiry date
• Card is overdrawn
• There may be an overseas or Internet block on the card – contact your issuing bank for further information
• Single transaction limit has been exceeded - try to use another credit card or contact us.
 
 
 2. What are Premium Services and how can I upgrade?
 

Premium Services contains a range of privileges (subject to adjustments from time to time), which can all be enjoyed during the valid period, such as unlocking all member profile photos and priority response from Customer Care, etc.  However, members will still need to pay for use of paid services not included in these privileges.

The granted privileges from Premium Services will be added to your account on the date of purchase or promotion. If the Premium Services covers a few months, privileges will be added to your account on a monthly basis on the day (or, if the day does not exist in the payment month, the closest day prior to the day) you obtained the Premium Services. For example, if you first obtained the Premium Services on 15 January, then privileges will be reloaded on 15 February and so on, until the Premium Services expire.

You will not be entitled to any pro-rated refund for any part of the current Premium Services purchased or rewarded.

 
 
 
 3. Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?

This means your credit card information is entered using a secure server, and transferred internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your customer details are never sold or made available to anyone else and your card details are only known by our order processors.

 4. What if I have concerns about the deduction of my credits?
 
If you believed that your credits has been wrongly deducted, please check your Credit History to review your Credit Deduction Records. If still you have concerns after checking your records, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
 
 
 
 5. I have some questions regarding the charges from your website, what shall I do?
 
For any order that you successfully place on our site, there will be a confirmation notification sent to your registered email. If you notice some differences in the charge date or the amount of your order, check the confirmation email for necessary details.

In most cases, due to the bank processing policy, the date which funds are deducted from your account may be 2-4 days later than the actual date of order; during holidays the delay may be even longer. If you experience this problem, you may contact your bank for information and compare your bank statement with our site's credit history records. For any further questions, please contact customer care.
 
 
 
 6. When will credits be added to my account if I pay online?
 
Under normal conditions, credits will be added to your account on a real time basis if you choose the online payment options such as credit cards.

In the unlikely case of communication trouble between our server and the order processor, credits may not be added immediately. If you encounter this problem, please contact us.

 
 
 
 7. How will my payment appear on my credit card statement?
 
Orders placed on our site will be processed by third-party order processors like WingHang.com and AsiaPay.com.

When you make a payment online successfully through the processors mentioned above, order processors automatically send out the transaction confirmation email stating your order number and purchase amount. Orders appear on your statement as "QPID NETWORK."
 
 
 
 8. I am having technical problems with my payment. Any solutions?

 9. Do you accept U.S. Dollars only?
 
Prices listed on our site are in U.S. Dollars, but we also accept payment in other currencies when you pay us online with your credit card or PayPal account. Our order processor will make the real time conversion based on the current exchange rate.
 
 
 
 10. What is the price of credit? Can I enjoy any discount?

There are different purchasing options for you. The more you purchase at one time, the more you save for each credit. We may also offer promotions from time to time, so check back often.
 
 
 
 11. Will my credits expire? How is the validity date calculated?
 
According to the Terms of Use, Credit can be used for 180 days from the date of purchase. Credit older than 180 days in the account will expire.

The validity date is calculated based on the date of last purchase. For each new purchase, LatamDate will reset the expiry time to 180 days for all Credits. For example, you have 3 credits that will expire in 20 days. If you purchase another 10 credits, then your new total of 13 credits will be active for another 180 days.

 
 
 
 12. Where can I check my Credit ordering and spending history?
 
Go to the History page found in the Credits link at the top of the page. You will find a table listing all the recent credit use history and purchasing records for your account.
 
 
 
 13. What is the refund policy with respect to my purchase of credits?
 
Normally, fees paid are non-refundable except for the reasons stated in our refund policy or other reasons deemed acceptable to us. To learn more, please click here.
